My name is Jimmy… I love being a husband to my wife, and a father to our four children. Things I love to do include; writing, producing, and performing music, backpacking, hiking, being creative, and laughing my head off with friends.

I have worked in diverse forms of organizational and personal development for many years, with an emphasis on missional relief and development. This has taken me all over the world and has provided vast experience and knowledge concerning the human condition. I have worked in diverse communities and cultures, exposing me to varieties of people groups and persons who face incredibly difficult circumstances in their lives.

I have spent over twenty years working in relief and development mission with a primary focus on policy and procedure development, child-protection, crisis/trauma intervention, family healing, and capacity-building. My life’s work has focused on being an advocate for, and working with, those who suffer from extreme poverty, marginalization, addiction, and isolation. For years I have worked ardently toward justice and peacemaking, and training others to do the same.

My new life and work focus is now specializing in Organizational Design, consulting, spiritual wellness, and personal development and coaching.

I am trained in spiritual formation, mediation, nonviolent crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and I am certified in conflict resolution and peacemaking within organizations, and as a Wilderness First Responder. I have earned a Master’s degree in ministry, leadership, and culture from Fresno Pacific University Seminary.

I am energized by leadership development and professional capacity building and personal develpment- I believe what people do flows from who people are.

My mission is now to offer help to businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals who sense a need or longing for newness and transformation. I am here to offer tools, practices, design, hope, formation and renewal in the midst of your life and organization as it presently is.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
