Conflict is never comfortable, rarely easy, and often gets in the way of productivity. More importantly, unresolved conflict can become like a destructive poison hidden beneath an otherwise visibly beautiful organization. Working as “silent killers,” dismissive or negative attitudes and other barriers to sound communication create distance and disunity amongst team members. This tends to be more common than we like to admit, and is frequently the cause of dismantling and loss of mission.
I offer mediation skills as a non-biased and neutral party, working to help all parties hear and understand each other with the goal of resolve, reconciliation, and restored relationship.

Organizational design is a method to envision, design, and develop an efficient structure, productive practices, and effective compensation to deliver desired outcomes. This is achieved in a variety of ways, yet I approach this objective while pursuing consistent grounding in root-cause analysis, assessment of actual needs of departments/individuals as it pertain the needs and demands of the organization. My objective is to assists leaders in becoming anchored in best-practice and fully developed and clarified policy and procedure. It is imperative to clarify levels of authority, autonomy and accountability for each person or function in the structure, establishing clear processes, boundaries, and guard rails towards development of health in the organization.
Organizations are in need of a third-party to evaluate subtleties and elements of operations, personalities, and communications in team dynamics and offer insight from a zoomed-out view. I offer assistance to teams in helping them explore and discover aspects of their organizational culture which are unhealthy, off balance, or just in need of adjustment. I help them to implement changes necessary for healthy growth. These consulting services are tailored to the needs of an organization with provided follow-up, debrief, and evaluation.
